Illustrating is a magical kinda thing, a skill that flexes different muscles than design. They do share one thing in common: both are in service to the story. I illustrated Thimble The Fairy’s Acorns & Tea ⇗ for Elevé Press, and A St Nicholas Story, or The Fiercest Little Animal In The Forest ⇗, which I self published. For Whole Spirit Press, I illustrated Padraic Colum’s The Boy Apprenticed To An Enchanter. I also have a free wordless book online about my stripey, stuffed mouse HUGO ⇗. I have been known to draw caricatures ⇗ now and again.
